We are celebrating German wine weeks 10.5-12.6.2022! Simon Guiot, Export Manager at Battenfeld-Spanier and Kühling-Gillot, will host a winemaker dinner on Tuesday 10th of May at Sushibar+Wine Posthallen. During the dinner are enjoying four-course menu with 8 different wines and Simon tells us stories behind their wines.
Our first winemaker dinner in Oslo is organized at Sushibar+Wine Posthallen and for this special event we decided to go back to our roots and collaborate with a winery from our first home country, where our journey began in 2009.

Sushibar+Wine opened its first restaurant in Oslo in March. On 6 May 2020, it became the first Norwegian sushi restaurant to be awarded both the MSC and ASC certificates. The MSC and ASC traceability certificates for seafood demonstrate that the seafood products in our restaurants are traceable and verifiably sourced in a responsible manner.
The world is at a stand still and the environmental effects are already visible. As a carbon neutral company we are happy for the environmental changes, but concerned whether it is possible for us to provide our services in a post-crisis environment. Your support is more important than ever!
Not many know that sushi and sustainability seldom fit in the same sentence. Sushibar+Wine, a Nordic artisan sushi restaurant chain, wants to make a difference. Sushibar+Wine will be the first carbon-neutral sushi restaurant in the country, opening in Oslo Posthallen next week, 2nd March.
